Green Valley Farm @ Bah Soon Pah Rd & Swatow Restaurant

My family and I went to Green Valley Farm @ Bah Soon Pah Rd (in Sembawang) where the agriculture is one of the weekends.
We know of this place because Benson's uncles bought units there to grow vegetables and they are organic.
Benson and his family were there so they asked us along :)

Upon arrival, there's a seafood restaurant
Many celebrities visited here and there are lots of pics

Spot Xiao Gui and Nono from Taiwan!

Different families buy different unit and grow their vegetables in their own ways

This is one of Benson's uncle's unit

Another uncle's unit

Benson and his parents with us

Daddy talking to Benson's uncle and his auntie who's plucking vegetables for us.
They are generous to let us bring back different veg to try and they taste nice when we ate them for steamboat

Other people's units- all in their own deco and ways

Spot the white 瓜s hanging

And a big green one on the net

It's a nice experience to visit the farm as you can find yourself away from the city life and it reminds me of Desaru Fruit farm!

Next up are pictures taken at Swatow Restaurant with my family, grandparents and Cousin ZW

This restaurant is located at Blk 181 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh #02-602 ( Beside Toa Payoh Lib where the Fortunate Restaurant used to be)

Opera performance while eating-- Dad knew of it and suggested to come here as my grandparents will like it (Teochew performance) ~ we are Teochews :D

Total bill came up to $300 + for 8 pax
