Old Hk Tea House and Beaver's

B and I went to this Hong Kong Tea House beside 112 Katong for dim sum buffet.

However, the food really disappoint us.

Went to Liang Seah St Beaver's for dinner.
Food was normal there.
We ordered Apple Martini which tastes a bit strong for me.
